Agency Strategic IT Planning
IT Planning for the executive branch of state government consists of 3 parts:
- Planning Application for Reporting IT Strategies (PARIS)
- Technology Infrastructure and Standards Assessment (TISA)
- Information Services Inventory Status (ISIS)
All three online applications provide insight and knowledge on the business value of IT strategies, compliance to technology and security standards, and inventory of IT assets to track emerging and target technologies for the integration of services and information. All planning information is submitted to ASET by September of each year.
PARIS - Planning Application for Reporting IT Strategy
Group 1 agencies' IT Plans are due by September 1st of each year using the online PARIS application for G1 agencies.
Group 2 agencies will not need to submit PARIS data FY 2012.

TISA - Technology Infrastructure and Standards Assessment
Group 1 agencies will not need to complete a detail standards compliance assessment for FY 2012. Instead, G1s will be completing gap closure remediation plans, based on findings from their FY 2011 statewide IT Security Assessment.
Group 2 agencies, boards, and commissions will complete an abbreviated IT Plan and standards assessment, which is to be completed by September 1st of 2012.

ISIS - Information Services Inventory Status
A perpetual inventory of information technology assets of the state. All agencies, boards, and commissions are required to have all IT inventory entered and accurate as possible by September 30th of each year. Inventory can be entered either online or uploaded/imported in mass via .csv files to the ISIS system. Please see instructions below:
