The Service Support Desk (Command Center) provides 24/7/365 Help Desk support to state agencies and customers of the Data Center.  In addition provides the Help Desk support for the statewide phone and network systems.

The IT Support Services Desk is committed to high quality customer service and support while acting as a Single Point of Contact to resolve all computer, network, and security related needs.

Some of the issues that are resolved by this team of highly skilled and technically diverse support specialists range from simple, everyday requests like password resets and requests for the creation and/deletion of VPN accounts, to assisting in resolving total network outages for agencies.

In compliance with current ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) standards, the IT Support Services Desk is poised to be the model of the Help Desk of the future!

Remote PC Assistance

The Service Desk can remotely control your desktop (with your permission) and fix many of the common problems quickly and professionally.

Customer Connections

Customer Connections is where customers can review their current invoices.
