In preparation for Information Technology Authorization Committee (ITAC) meetings, state agencies (Budget Units) have access to the most up-to-date presentation decks. Additionally, the complete ITAC 2024 calendar contains the due dates for Project Investment Justification (PIJ) / change request submissions and ITAC presentation materials, as well as the date for each monthly ITAC meeting.

The presentation templates and calendar enable those who submit, participate, and view ITAC materials to sufficiently map out the full calendar year for strategic planning and ensure that deadlines for submission can be met, which allows ITAC sufficient time to review all materials necessary to make an informed decision.

It is recommended that agencies contact their assigned Engagement Manager (EM) before submitting ITAC presentations. The assigned EM is available to answer questions and will include an Oversight Analyst (OA) for additional support.
